This home is lovely and was perfect for our stay. It is very thoughtfully equipped with all of the things a guest would need, and you can tell that they have put effort into making the home comfortable. We made good use of the kitchen for breakfasts and dinners around our days in the park. We also enjoyed the backyard in the evenings. The location is very convenient, and while there was street parking available, the garage was a nice feature. I would add to the listing that you are required to either purchase damage insurance or to make a substantial damage deposit. I would also add that since there is no garbage pick up in Gardiner, you have to take your garbage to the local dropoff that is only open 9am to 3 or 4pm depending on the day. If you are scheduling activities outside of Gardiner every day or have early flights you will need to plan accordingly. Neither is a big issue, just something to be aware of. I would absolutely recommend this home to someone looking for a nice home base for their Yellowstone adventure!

We also appreciate your feedback regarding the rental agreement and trash disposal information. We have recently updated our cancellation and fee policies, and it appears an outdated version of the rental agreement was inadvertently provided. We apologize for any confusion as we do not require a damage deposit or damage insurance. We also appreciate your comments regarding trash disposal. While we provide information about local green box locations for guests who may wish to use them, guests are not required to remove their trash from the property. Based on your feedback, we have updated our guest communications to make this clearer and avoid any confusion. Thank you again for staying with us and for taking the time to share your experience. We were thoroughly & completely impressed and pleased with our stay at Castellino. Everything was exactly as advertised and then some! It was clean, well stocked (kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room) & just a fun place to stay!! Our host texted us on a regular basis with updates and kept us informed of routine maintenance (e.g., scheduled yard work). The location was perfect & convenient for walking to anything we needed. Check in and check out was very simple. We were a blended family of 7 and everyone LOVED staying here!! We can HIGHLY recommend this residence!!
