It consists of two adjacent units and offers welcoming, well-proportioned interiors, which can comfortably accommodate up to twelve people. Stylishly furnished with a contemporary touch, each housing unit includes a living area with dining room and kitchen, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two further double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Each room comes with air conditioning and TV. The excellent location of the villa - just 2 km away from the sea and a few minutes' drive away from Syracuse historic centre - is also convenient for visiting Noto, Modica, Ragusa Ibla and the nature reserves of Pantalica and Vendicari.

Amazing villa for a group of up to 12 people. The property is beautifully and uniquely designed across two separate buildings, giving everyone plenty of space. The large swimming pool was fantastic, and there were numerous shaded outdoor areas to relax throughout the day. The surrounding plant wall creates a wonderful sense of privacy, making the whole place feel like a secluded retreat. We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend it.
