Modern townhouse with fantastic views close to beach and town Casa Rio is a terraced house completed in 2021 with modern furnishings and all comforts. On the ground floor there is the living room with dining area and the large fantastically furnished kitchen as well as a guest toilet. On the first floor are the two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds, each with its own ensuite bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning (cold and hot) so that the house can be used all year round. There is a small space on the property to park a small or medium sized car, but in the low season there is plenty of parking on the doorstep. There are terraces both in front of the house and behind it, so you will always find the right sunny or shady spot. The most beautiful spot is the private roof terrace with fantastic sea views all the way to the Trafalgar lighthouse and, on a clear day, all the way to the coast of Africa. The location of Casa Rio could not be better: It is only a few minutes' walk to the beach or the centre of Conil.
