I’ve lived in Alaska for over 15 years and truly enjoy the majestic beauty this incredible state has to offer. My family and I love spending time outdoors and exploring everything Alaska has to share.

While we may be new to hosting on these platforms, we are certainly not new to hospitality. We understand how important it is for guests to feel comfortable, welcomed, and cared for while traveling. One of the things that makes Bear Valley so special is the incredible setting. Surrounded by breathtaking mountain views and even seasonal ocean views during the winter months, it truly captures the beauty of Alaska.

Guests often enjoy the peaceful sound of the nearby stream, the quiet atmosphere, and the feeling of being immersed in nature. Wildlife sightings are common, and there are wonderful hiking opportunities right outside our door.

In the summer, you can experience Alaska’s famous midnight sun, with long golden evenings perfect for exploring and enjoying the outdoors. During the winter months, the property also offers amazing opportunities to view the aurora dancing across the night sky.

Although we are conveniently located within city limits, Alpine Oasis feels like a true Alaskan retreat — peaceful, scenic, and surrounded by the beauty of the wild.
