Great location in Anchorage for a base camp while waiting for our full group to arrive. Great mountain views out the back door and close to the airport and other amenities like restaurants and grocery stores. Was clean, well equipped and overall great place. Would book again if available for our next trip to Anchorage before heading out to the Kenai Peninsula.

So clean and comfortable! We loved our stay! The hosts have done everything to make you feel at home and then some! Loved the snack basket and the ground coffee! We used the washer/dryer and the dishwasher, too! As I said, you can settle in and feel as comfortable as home! Safe, quiet neighborhood, easy getting around.

We really appreciated this property after arriving off a long flight! We needed 3 bedrooms for our group, and there was plenty of space. Dave was kind communicative, the house was clean and comfortable, and check in and out was easy. Beds were comfortable, we had good water pressure, and the neighborhood was very quiet and felt secure. I'm glad I chose Dave's Dwelling!

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. The property was clean with a well equipped kitchen. The backyard and the front yard lawn was well maintained and children enjoyed playing in the backyard lawn . The host was very friendly and quickly responded to all the requests.

Property was just as advertised. Simple, no frills. They left a nice little basket of snacks, coffee, and a few laundry pods. There was absolutely no other food besides salt and pepper. We were debating cooking a few meals, but decided not to because we would have needed to buy EVERYTHING. With beds for six, we were surprised there were only four dining seats. Good location, clean home, comfortable beds.

Bucket List / Honeymoon

This was the last state for my in laws to ride a Harley in and also my husband and I took advantage and had our honeymoon as we were married earlier this year. The proximity to town and freeways was great and the house itself was perfect!

Our best Vrbo ever. Walk in ready to stay/ live in. Got in very late, unloaded, felt secure, went right to bed. Kitchen had everything needed and we cooked every day. We packed light because we knew there was a washer and dryer, worked perfectly. Perfect location in town. We used a rental car for our two weeks of traveling and touring. Had lots of things scheduled, did them all and more. Perfect base to come and go from. Would not only recommend this property, if I hear of anyone going to Alaska…I hope it’s available for their vacation. Made ours!!!
