It features new furniture throughout, including modern seating such as a decadent brown sofa in the spacious living room standing on beautiful matte hardwood flooring. Adorned not only by classic pieces of decor throughout but also accentuated by natural lighting thanks to generous windows facing the living room.

The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for its occupants to store, cook and prepare their favorite dishes, of course, if they aren't taking advantage of the many dining areas within a short distance nearby.

The bedroom is spacious and cozy with great artificial lighting on the lamp on the nightstand as well as natural lighting from the window located in the most advantageous area of the room.

The bathroom is clean and well organized with a traditional tub and curtain set up with spotless new fixtures throughout.

Guests have access to free gated parking and free street parking. Also, access to the laundry room, with free use of the washer and dryer. Bike Storage is available onsite and free of charge to store a bike during your stay.

This unit may not be a good match for those who,
-Are new to vrbo and have no reviews. Vrbo is a trust-based social network and we cannot risk our family's livelihood by hosting anyone who may disturb our neighbors or not treat our home with the utmost respect. We will consider everyone but must thoroughly vet and get to know those without any vrbo track record prior to booking.
-Are hosting loud gatherings or parties. We are in a quiet neighborhood and require every guest to fully respect our next-door neighbors with small children.
-Are unnerved by Detroit's poverty & abandonment ~ Our neighborhood's real estate is skyrocketing but some abandoned & burned homes remain to be rehabbed or removed


- Limited quantities of basic items to get your stay started, including toilet paper, paper towel, soap, sugar, and coffee. Should you require more, please plan accordingly.
- One bath towel per registered guest. Should you need more please plan accordingly.

Upon request during your stay:
- We can provide an air mattress (Full ’13 inch)(with sheets). Each request is $45
- We can provide a baby crib(2-in-1 Lightweight w/ wheels). Each request is $45.

If you plan on using the sofa bed, please notify us before your check-in so we can provide extra sheets/blanket for your guests as you might not have any extra during check-in.

Please note that the furniture in the accommodation can be rearranged from the posted picture.

- We don't encourage our guests to use the address to receive mail and packages. Guest don't have access to the mailbox and we're not liable for lost mail or packages.

-Since the unit is located in a apartment complex, please take note that any noise related issue within the building is already outside of our control. Let us know if you encounter any noise that may disrupt your stay so we to report it to our property management.

-We are ready to assist anytime between 8 AM and 12 midnight. Messages and inquiries outside our operating hours will be addressed during regular business hours.


-Please note that parking is complimentary and available on a first-come, first-served basis. While we strive to accommodate everyone, we cannot guarantee parking spots due to the variable nature of availability. Thank you for your understanding.


-The washing machine is a shared facility within the apartment complex and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring fair access for all residents.

-Please note that the appliances and furniture in the unit may differ from those shown in the photos, as we may need to replace items if they are damaged. There may be minor variations in decor from what is shown in the photos. Thank you for your understanding.

-Please be aware that some furnishings may show signs of wear. We appreciate your understanding and are here to address any questions you may have.

-This unit is pet-friendly, so you may encounter some pet hair. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to address any concerns you might have.

We kindly ask that all guests be registered with us prior to their stay. Please note that an additional fee of $50 per night will apply for any unregistered guests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
