Lovely House

Wonderfully located big villa, more or less directly on beach. Fantastic views all day long - even lights along the track nearby. Very well appointed house, TV music internet all very good. Good kitchen facilities, plenty of space for all our 6 adults and 2 dogs, in winter.

Wonderful weeks right by the beach

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this amazing house in El Perelló! The location couldn't be more perfect – right on the beachfront with breathtaking, uninterrupted views of the sea. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying our morning coffee with such a stunning view was an unforgettable experience.The house itself was everything we had hoped for – comfortable, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. The communication with the owner was outstanding throughout our stay. They were always quick to respond and very helpful in addressing any questions or issues we had, making everything seamless and stress-free.We truly felt at home here and appreciated the care and thoughtfulness that went into ensuring we had a great experience. We would absolutely love to come back and stay again in the future. Highly recommended!

Great Location in Spain for your vacation

The home is in a beautiful location with a pool and directly on the beach. Literally, right across a pathway from the beautiful beach. Oh, did I mention there are two beach bars right there as well? The neighborhood that the home is located in is extremely safe and the town is about 90-100 minutes from both Valencia and Barcelona. It's also an hour from some lovely wine country. Perfect! We were pleased with our rental and thought that the house was a great place to spend nine evenings. The only reason that we are giving the house four stars are some maintenance issues that we're quite sure the owners/property managers will address appropriately. Thank you for a memorable and lovely experience in Spain.

Ideal location to a beach

The property could do with a few things updating/small repairs. The location near to beach was unbelievable. A few feet and you are on the beach. Everything in the property worked and there was plenty of equipment available. The pool was good with the water being partially heated. There was plenty of room within the property itself and grass to walk on instead of the usual sandy gravel we have stayed at before. The shops were a reasonable drive away around twenty minutes each way. A problem we encountered with a water leak was fixed within hours. The leak was from a new kitchen where something was not connected correctly. This fault did not disturb us and was showered with apologies for any inconvenience. The beach was pebble rather than sand but kept very clean. The only real disappointment which was beyond the control of the property owner was the amount of dog fouling everywhere. Unlike in the uk the mess was not cleaned up by the dog owners. Overall we would return to the property in th future

Schönes Haus am Meer,mit traumhaftem Blick.

Ein tolles Haus, direkt am Meer.Sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Gegend ist sehr mit Moskitos und Ameisen ausgestattet. Bitte an Schutzmassnahmen denken. Eine Moskitotüre an der Terrassentüre wäre hilfreich. Ansonsten war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und empfehlenswert.

Alles Perfekt!

Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war perfekt! Susana hat uns das Haus super sauber und freundlich übergeben. Bei Fragen standen Vermieter und Susana immer zur Verfügung. Die Lage und der Garten ist ein Traum. Das Haus ist wunder schön eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Für uns war es ein Traumurlaub! Unsere 2 Hunde waren auch herzlich wilkommen. Familienurlaub mit Hunden

Wir (7 Erwachsene mit 3 Hunden) haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Genügend Platz im und ums Haus. Das Haus war beheizt, was wir sehr angenehm empfanden, da es abends kühler war. Der Blick vom Haus aufs Meer ist wunderschön. Genügend Platz für einen Caravancamper auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück und weitere Parkmöglichkeiten auf der Strasse. Die Küche ist neu und mit einem Induktionsherd ausgestattet. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältniss!

Wunderschöne Aussicht

Die Villa liegt wunderbar am Meer. Vom Pool kann man einen 180grad Meerblick genießen. Zum Strand (Kiesel, Badeschuhe empfehlenswert) geht man ums Haus herum. Die Strandbar hat gute Snacks und liegt direkt vorm Haus. Gelegentlich weht der Duft der Fritteuse herüber - hat uns aber nicht gestört. Das Haus ist sehr schön. Das untere Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein. Die Bäder sind in gutem Zustand. Lediglich die Küche könnte mal renoviert werden. Die Schränke und Schubladen haben schon bessere Zeiten hinter sich und einmal neues Geschirr wäre auch gut. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und waren die meiste Zeit am Pool mit dem unschlagbaren Meerblick. Lediglich am Abreisetag wurden wir um 8 Uhr von den Gärtnern mit Rasenmäher, Laubbläser und Heckenschere ( und alles gleichzeitig) etwas unschön verabschiedet. Alles in allem können wir das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Super toller Urlaub

Wir fanden bei unserer Anreise ein super sauberes mit allem was das herz begehrt Haus vor. Mit einem traumhaften Ausblick aufs Meer und auf eine kleine Insel. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Super Haus in super Lage

Die Lage des Hauses ist ein Traum, direkt am Meer, sehr schöner Pool und Garten. An der Ausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt, die Schlüsselübergabe hat super geklappt. 2 der 4 Schlafzimmer sind sehr klein. Wir hatten sehr schöne 14 Tage und kommen gerne wieder.

Hemos estado 15 días con la familia y ha sido perfecto. La casa está muy bien situada y muy bien condicionada. Además la zona del Delta es muy tranquila, con increibles paisajes y playas, y una gastronomía excelente.

La casa tiene unas vistas increíbles en primera linea, a lado de la playa con acceso a rutas hacia otras tantas calas. Bien equipada y muy acogedora. Tanto Javier como Patrick muy amables y serviciales. Todo fantástico.

ESPECTACULAR UBICACION

Gran alojamiento, muy buena zona exterior con pisicna y jardines y zona interior con aspecto cuidado limpio. El mirador es un lujazo, poder desayunar cada dia mirando solo el mar. Los muebles d ela cocina son una cosa a renovar, así como aumentar el numero de vajilla para no tener que usar tanto el lavavajillas. El baño de abajo reformado es super comodo y con acceso directo a la zona de la piscina. de las habitaciones el único pero son los colchones
