About this property

Great vacation home close to the beach with private, heated pool

Our holiday home with a private pool is located in the resort town of Cala Millor on the east coast of Mallorca. It’s ideally situated so you can enjoy both the peace and quiet of the house and the wide range of activities available at the beach and in the pedestrian zone.
The beach, supermarkets, restaurants, shops, and more are all within walking distance.
The house features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 fully equipped kitchen, and a living room—all on one level! In winter, the house is comfortably heated with oil-fired heating; in summer, air conditioning in every room ensures pleasant temperatures.
The rooftop terrace extends across the entire living area.
The outdoor area features a beautiful outdoor kitchen with a grill, refrigerator, stove, microwave, etc., as well as a large dining table.
The pool also includes an outdoor shower with hot water and a small bathroom.
The pool can be heated during the cooler seasons.
