ARRIVAL
Through the separate side entrance, you step into the hallway with a built-in coat rack and closet. From the hallway, you can access all three bedrooms, and your gaze falls on the light-filled living room with its large window front.

LIVING
The spacious living room offers access to the terrace, and the modern seating area with a view of the garden invites you to relax. The flat-screen TV with a DVD player, as well as a CD player and radio, provide entertainment—whenever you want. At the large dining table, you can enjoy meals together or spend an evening playing games. Accent lighting from recessed spotlights in the ceiling makes the room cosy.

COOKING
The comfortable kitchen, which is semi-open to the living room, features a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, 3-star refrigerator and freezer, and a microwave.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOM
All 3 bedrooms have exterior blinds. A spacious bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) without a footboard has direct access to its own modern, barrier-free bathroom with a walk-in shower. A desk with an armchair provides additional storage space.

The second spacious bedroom, featuring a comfortable box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), opens onto its own small terrace and includes a wall-mounted flat-screen TV as well as a comfortable armchair with a side table.

The third bedroom has two single beds and is additionally furnished with a sideboard, a small armchair, and a large wardrobe.

The second bathroom, featuring a barrier-free walk-in shower and toilet, has a modern design and is accessible from the hallway.

SERVICE
The washing machine and dryer are available for a fee to all three apartments in the building—as is the locked bike storage room (space is limited!). We provide up to two parking spaces right next to the building for your stay.

Our laundry set (bed linens, bath towel, 2 hand towels, shower mat, tea towel) or the extra towel package (includes: 1 bath towel, 2 hand towels)—for example, for longer stays of more than a week—can be booked separately as needed.

We’re happy to provide a cot and high chair in the apartment upon request.
