About this property
100-jähriges Fehnhaus an der Wieke mit Kamin
Unser lichtdurchflutetes Haus an der Wieke vereint geschichtsträchtige Eichenbalken mit Industrial Style. Der Natursteinboden und die beruhigenden Farben schaffen die perfekte Wohlfühlatmosphäre; und mit dem gemütlichen Holzkamin lässt sich die Zeit zum Ausspannen auf dem Sofa wirklich genießen.
Das Fehnhaus hat eine lange Geschichte - zuerst diente es als Moped Werkstatt in den 40ern, später als Schreibwaren/Schulwarenladen und zum Ende als Zweigstelle einer Bank. Nun haben wir es zu neuem Leben erweckt.
Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich der offene Wohn- Essbereich mit Kamin, die Küche und das Bad mit Dusche. Das Schlafzimmer 1 mit dem grossen Doppelbett liegt ebenfalls in dem Erdgeschoss mit Ausblick auf den Garten.
Über die Treppe gelangt man auf die offene Empore, wo ein Schlafsofa noch Platz für 1-2 weitere Gäste ermöglicht, ansonsten aber einen herrlichen Platz zum Lesen und Entspannen hat.
Im Obergeschoss ist desweiteren das zweite Schlafzimmer mit angrenzendem Gäste-WC.
