The perfect accommodation for couples! Located in a small village above Klausen, the Marialisa apartments offer stunning mountain views. This 48 m² apartment features 1 bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bathroom, and a covered panoramic balcony with impressive, unobstructed mountain views. The apartment is on the top floor facing west. Additional amenities include a free covered parking space, high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), heating, satellite and cable TV, as well as books and information brochures.
Guests share an outdoor area with a whirlpool, sun loungers, garden, terrace, table tennis, foosball, relaxation area, lounge, barbecue, and outdoor shower. The heated whirlpool is open from May to the end of October.
The apartment is in the center of the small village of Gufidaun, in the heart of South Tyrol. Restaurants, a pizzeria, and a supermarket are just a 2-minute walk away. The property is in the Eisack Valley, on a small hill between Bolzano and Brixen, at the entrance to the Gröden and Villnöss valleys, close to the Dolomites.
A baby cot and high chair are available on request. One pet is welcome for an additional fee. A ski storage room is provided, as well as storage for motorcycles and bicycles.
The South Tyrol Guest Card is included, allowing you to use public transport, summer and winter buses (daily free ski bus directly from the house to Gröden, Seiser Alm, and Plose), swimming pools, and more.
