In a small village above Klausen, the Marialisa Apartments offer you a magnificent view of the mountains. The 50 m² accommodation features a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and 2 covered panoramic balconies with unobstructed mountain views. It is located on the top floor and faces south and west. The apartment accommodates 2 to 4 people. Further amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), heating, satellite and cable TV, as well as various books. A baby cot and high chair are available.



There is a shared outdoor area with a whirlpool, sun loungers, garden, terrace, table tennis, foosball, relaxation area, lounge, barbecue, and outdoor shower. The heated whirlpool is open from May to October.



The holiday apartment is located in the center of a small village in the heart of South Tyrol, in the Eisack Valley, on a hill between the cities of Bolzano and Brixen, at the entrance to the Val Gardena and Val di Funes, and in close proximity to the Dolomites.



A covered parking space or garage is available. The accommodation is ideal for couples and small families. One pet is welcome for an additional fee. A ski depot is available.
