The cosy, bright, and invitingly furnished apartments are located in our apartment complex, 50 metres from the beach, and offer an atmosphere where you can feel at home and relax.

Our apartments, measuring approximately 35 m², feature a living room with a flat-screen satellite TV and radio, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer.
The living room features an open kitchen equipped with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. If our guests wish to sleep separately, a fold-out couch (sofa bed with mattress) in the living room serves as a sleeping area.

So you can enjoy the view of nature, all ground-floor apartments have been equipped with French doors including mosquito screens.
Terraces have been built in front of the apartments where you can start your day with a leisurely breakfast. All units include terrace and balcony furniture, as well as a free parking space.

Bed linens and towels are provided free of charge to our guests for their initial stay. Of course, our guests have access to free Wi-Fi!



Beautifully situated and just 50 metres from the beach at Schwarzer Busch, you’ll find our “Zur Seemöwe” apartment complex. In a beautiful and spacious garden setting, you can unwind, take a relaxing sunbath, and enjoy the fresh lake air.
Following extensive renovations, a complete refurbishment, and countless hours of work by the Tasler family, the building opened in 1998 as the “Zur Seemöwe” apartment complex. With a wealth of experience, passion, and attention to detail, the Taslers created modern, well-appointed apartments and one suite. Of course, each unit has a parking space that our guests can use free of charge.
Just a stone’s throw away, right behind the dune, you’ll find the Baltic Sea. The gently sloping water and the wide, fine-sand beach are ideal for swimming and sunbathing. Far away from the hustle and bustle, stress, and everyday worries, you’ll find everything you need for relaxation and rejuvenation.
In Kirchdorf, the island’s largest town—which is just a 10-minute bike ride away—you’ll find shopping, the spa administration office, the island museum, and the boat dock for island tours or excursions to Wismar.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
