Einfach WOW

Als wir ankamen, wurden wir sehr herzlich von der Hausverwaltung begrüßt. Wir waren total begeistert, das Apartment war sehr sauber, liebevoll vorbereitet und die Lage und der Blick sind ganz besonders. In dem Apartment haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Fußbodenheizung in den Wintermonaten ist ein Traum. Almuñécar und La Herradura kann man auch gut zu Fuß erreichen (der Rückweg hält fit, da die Wohnung am Berg liegt). Wir wollen unbedingt wieder kommen.

Belle résidence, propre, bien équipée, bien située entre la herradura et almunecar. Un petit bemol concerne le bruit de la route nationale.

La ubicación es relativamente buena, sobre todo por las vistas, aunque para ir a cualquier playa "cercana" hay que coger el coche sí o sí, ya que el paseo hacia la playa más próxima es bastante arduo y de unos 15 minutos como mínimo. El recibimiento que tuvimos fue algo desagradable, ya que hubo una confusión por parte del propietario con la hora de llegada y el apartamento no estaba listo aún, lo que nos hizo estar esperando 2 horas hasta que terminaron de limpiarlo, por lo demás todo correcto.

Tout simplement magnifique

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La résidence est magnifique avec comme points forts la terrasse, la piscine et la vue sur montagnes et mer. L’appartement très bien équipé. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et à l’écoute. On se sent vraiment chez soi.

Una gozada!!

Nos ha gustado mucho por sus vistas y la tranquilidad que había. La piscina y la terraza junto con el chill out una pasada. Muy recomendable para cualquier tipo de gente, mayores, familias y jóvenes. El único pero que se me ocurre sería el ruido de la carretera que pasa por enfrente... pero que el resto lo contraresta por mucho. Volveríamos mañana mismo otra vez.

Wunderbare FeWo über Almunecar

Wir waren Ende Juli 2019 für fünf Nächte in der sehr aufgeräumten / sauberen 2-Zimmer-FeWo. Der Empfang war außerordentlich freundlich, das Verwalterpaar war sehr hilfsbereit. Der Blick vom Swimmingpool / von der Terrasse auf die Bucht von Almunecar ist wunderschön. Geschirr und Besteck ist reichhaltig vorhanden. Selbstverständlich gehörten auch ein Esstisch nebst Stühlen auf der Terrasse sowie Liegen zur Ausstattung. Zum Strand benötigt man/frau ungefähr 30 Minuten - zurück dauert es, da bergauf, ein wenig länger. Einziges Manko ist der Verkehrslärm: Zwar ist die N 340 nur mäßig befahren, aber durch die umliegenden Hügel ist dies ein wenig laut - aber das ist durchaus auszuhalten. Uns hat es nur am Anfang ein wenig gestört (und ein wenig in der Nacht, draußen schlafen war dann leider doch keine Option). Dennoch, tolle Anlage, "vista bonita" ist die zutreffende Bezeichnung. Gerne wieder.

Formidables vacaciones

Hemos unas vacaciones muy agusto, con unas vistas espectaculares, en una terraza de ensueño. Una piscina muy coqueta que se puede disfrutar a cualquier hora del dia. El apartamento muy acogedor, limpio, muy luminoso y con todo lo necesario, y como aspectos a mejorar, que no tiene aire acondicionado y por las mañanas hacia calor, y el colchon de la cama no tiene demasiada firmeza. En general, excelente ubicacion, y hemos pasado unos dias geniales
