Fiori Garden Holiday Apartment with Pool
Villa Fiori is a very special holiday address in a beautiful hillside location in Colico with a wonderful panoramic view of the lake and the mountains. The spacious pool is located in the middle of the beautifully landscaped and richly planted garden. A large, furnished arcade terrace offers nice opportunities to relax and enjoy the "dolce far niente" outdoors. There is plenty of space in the garden for ball and leisure games of all kinds. The garden is completely fenced. The flat is on the ground floor on the lake side of a two-family house. The upper part of the house is occupied by the landlord couple.
In the surrounding area there are many meadows as well as other holiday homes and Lombard country houses. Garden and pool are shared.

The holiday apartment impresses with its modern, bright design and charming Lombard country house style. Elegant parquet flooring gives all rooms a warm atmosphere.
The entrance to the flat is located on the covered terrace and leads directly into the spacious living area with lake views. The large, fully equipped kitchen offers a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a wine refrigerator. A cosy dining area and two comfortable sofas invite you to relax.
The sleeping area comprises a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both equipped with televisions. The bathroom is designed with light-coloured tiles and has a spacious shower.
Air conditioning in the hallway and living area provides additional comfort.
The holiday flat with many amenities and a domicile landlady whose passion for flowers is reflected in the flat and garden.
A true holiday paradise awaits you due to the large garden and the fantastic location.
There is a garage with a remote-controlled door for your vehicle.
The driveway may be difficult for vehicles with very low ground clearance. Alternatively, there are parking spaces outside the property on the street.
