Gulf front 4th floor Tidewater condo with beautiful ocean views. Enjoy watching the sunset from the balcony. This condo is perfect for families or groups up to 8 people. It has 2 master bedrooms, bunk beds, 3 complete bathrooms, a sofa bed and a fully stocked kitchen. It is closed to popular attractions like Pier Park, St. Andrews State Park and Pineapple willy's. Enjoy all the amenities the resort has to offer like movies, gym, pools, hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, tiki bar, game room, covered parking and a restaurant. There is registration fee for the covered parking and the usage of the amenities and the minimum age to rent is 25.
