Wurde am anreisetag storniert

Wir waren schon an der Ferienwohnung und haben dem Besitzer tage davor schon nicht erreicht um zu fragen wie das mit dem check in läuft, als wir ihn dann nochmal geschrieben haben sagt er plötzlich das unsere Reise storniert ist ohne weitere Begründung. Ich finde sowas geht garnicht. Zudem kommt noch dazu, dass wir privat noch zustellbetten dazu gebucht haben, dass geld von der Unterkunft haben wir von FeWo zurück bekommen, aber dass Geld für die zustellbetten von dem Besitzer nicht. Also ich würde da auf keinenfall nochmal buchen wie Schade es auch ist.
