Description of the holiday rental:
This spacious, bright, detached house sits on an approximately 750-square-meter lot that is completely fenced in and idyllically situated on the waterfront. It features a very well-equipped kitchen with a kitchen island, dishwasher, microwave/oven combo, 5-burner gas stove, and a large refrigerator. The open-concept living area, with a cosy sitting area, open fireplace, TV, and sound system, invites you to relax. A sunroom offers additional space for a large dining table that seats up to 8 people.
On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms—one with a sauna, sink, shower, and toilet; the other with a bathtub, sink, and toilet. Upstairs, there are two additional spacious bedrooms. A large, covered seating area sheltered from the wind rounds out the amenities.

The holiday rental is located right next to a child-friendly beach with an excellent restaurant. The Osse marina is also nearby, where you can admire the boats and take walks to Brouwershaven or Scharendijke. The North Sea beach and the Brouwersdam are only about 5 km away and can be reached in about 20 minutes by bike. Here you’ll find a wide selection of kiteboarding and surfing schools as well as numerous beach bars. In Summio Park itself, you’ll find large playgrounds and a well-stocked Spar supermarket with fresh bread rolls every day.
