Haus Boris, pets allowed, on the slopes, mountains, modern furnishings

* Our Haus Boris is a fantastically beautiful log cabin with great mountain views, on a height of about 900 m! The decor is MODERN and the WOOD OVEN completes the overall picture! Our garden is fenced so you and your dog can relax on the terrace and in the garden.

* YOUR DOG is welcome and you pay nothing extra (max 2 dogs)!

* Right on our doorstep, you can take wonderful short, one-day or multi-day hikes. Annaberg is located in the middle of the hiking area Dachstein-West and the Donnerkogelbahn (10 minutes walk from our house) takes you in only 8 minutes to 1800m altitude to the hiking plateau with many routes, pastures and huts.

* In winter, you glide directly from our holiday home to the piste and ski for 2 minutes to the valley station of the Donnerkogel cable car. This cabin lift takes you to the Dachstein-West ski area with approximately 150 kilometers of blue, red and black runs and many cozy cabins.

* We live upstairs and sleep in the basement.

ABOVE
- A LARGE OPEN ROOM WITH LIVING ROOM AND OPEN KITCHEN WITH A DINING ROOM. Next to it is the entrance with cloakroom and a small bathroom. The small bathroom has a toilet, a sink and a shower. From the living room you have access to a balcony (north) and the terrace (south).
-The living room is furnished with:
Sofa for 3 persons, 2 armchairs, bean bag, small table, TV, DVD player, bookcase with Dutch, German and English books, as well as some children's books, DVD's, all sorts of games

KITCHEN
-The open kitchen is separated from the spacious dining area with large dining table and service cupboard by a cooking island with 3 bar stools. A high chair is also on site. Since we love to cook, we have equipped our kitchen as extensively as possible with u. a .: Oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen scales, hand blender, all kitchen utensils and cutlery

BELOW
Down it is always cool, even in summer. We have 3 bedrooms for a total of 6 persons and a large bathroom with SAUNA.
- 2 bedrooms are furnished with double beds (2 mattresses of 200x70cm or 2 mattresses of 200x80cm) and have outward opening doors.
-1 bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds (2 mattresses of 200x90cm).
-A cot with mattress (120x60cm) is on site.
-The large bathroom has a sink, a toilet, a bathtub, a shower, and towel dryer, sauna, washing machine and hair dryer.

OUTSIDE
- On the balcony, it is wonderfully cool in summer, while you can enjoy the sun on the terrace.
-The terrace has a dining table, 2 benches, 4 chairs, 2 deckchairs, a parasol and a barbecue.
- From the terrace you have a BEAUTIFUL VIEW on Dachstein-West (Bischofsmütze).
-The garden is fenced and next to the front door is the ski locker.

Wonderful time in Annaberg

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house. The house is perfectly equiped and is in a perfect location. The host gave us great tipps also for our dog. Thank you for such a great place to stay

Lovely cottage

We had a wonderful time with excellent acces to the ski slopes and a very comfortable stay in the house, which was clean, spacey and cosy. We were a bit unlucky with the weather so there was no snow at the house level, but luckily enough snow higher up the pistes. Great resort for beginners and intermediate skiers with good ski schools for children.

Wir haben hier zu sechst eine Woche Skiurlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist Ideal und ruhig gelegen, so dass man vom Haus direkt mit den Skiern losfahren kann. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gut und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kontaktaufnahme mit der Vermieterin ist unkompliziert.

Traumhafter Kurztrip

Auch wenn wir nur ein pasr Tage im schönen Annaberg waren, es war herrlich. Entgegen der Wettervoraussagen die weniger schönes Wetter voraus sagten, hatten wir richtig sonniges Traumwetter. Das Haus ist fabelhaft und wirklich komplett eingezäunt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Kommunikation war top. Wir können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schönes Haus für einen erholsamen Winterurlaub in Familie

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche mit der Familie (inklusive Kleinkind und Hund) im Haus Boris verbracht. Das Haus war für unsere Bedürfnisse sehr gut ausgestattet, einzig ein paar zusätzliche Handtücher für die Sauna wären gut gewesen. Der eingezäunte Garten ist perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Hund und die Lage zur Piste ist gut. Das Skigebiet ist für eine Woche ausreichend groß. Für einen Urlaub mit Kleinkind hätten wir uns besser ausgebaute Winterwanderwege in und um Annaberg gewünscht (fast alle angegebenen Winterwanderwege waren weder mit Schlitten noch Kinderwagen begehbar). Das ist aber keine Kritik am Haus, sondern wurde an die Tourist-Info adressiert.

Wunderschönes Häuschen

Sehr schönes Haus. Alles schön und perfekt. Wohlfühlen pur. Betten sehr bequem. Hund hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Ski laufen in Flachau und Obertauern. Skigebiet Annaberg kaum Pisten geöffnet. Am Abreisetag 17.12. Ski fahren möglich. Wir sind sehr erholt. Dank dieses schönen Hauses. Wir sagen Danke an unsere Vermieterin.

Top Haus

Wir haben uns fast wie Zuhause gefühlt, da auch unser Budy mitdurfte. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles Top.hier fehlt echt nix. Gelungener Kurzurlaub

Meine Schwester und ich waren Anfang Dezember 2019 für 4 Tage im Haus Boris und unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Das Haus ist perfekt, auch für eine große Familie, um ein paar schöne Tage umgeben von Bergen zu verbringen. Wir haben eine sehr ruhige Zeit erwischt, denn es war so gut wie menschenleer was wir doch etwas Schade fanden. Von Anfang an hat uns die Vermieterin geholfen, gut erklärt und Fragen schnell beantwortet. Die Zimmer sind genauso gemütlich wie es auf den Bildern rüberkommt und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Eine Empfehlung ist dieses Haus auf jeden Fall. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft.

Super huis

Een huis dat voelt als thuis! Mooi huis met alles erop en eraan. De omheinde tuin was heel fijn voor onze 2 honden. Mooie omgeving waar genoeg te doen is voor iedereen. Op korte afstand kun je lekker eten zonder dat je de auto moet nemen. Kortom: we komen zeker een keer terug!

Wir haben unseren knapp zweiwöchigen Urlaub im Ferienhaus "Boris" sehr genossen. In dem sehr schönen Haus, das sehr gut ausgestattet ist, haben wir uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Schlechtes Wetter konnten wir gut überbrücken. Auch unser Hund war sehr zufrieden.

Wundervoller Urlaub im Haus Boris

Wir sind mit großen Erwartungen nach Annaberg gereist und unsere Erwartungen wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Optimal für 6Personen.... für 8Personen vielleicht etwas zu klein. Aber eine unglaubliche Gemütlichkeit! Das Skigebiet ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt und nach dem Skifahren kann man das Haus mit der Sauna genießen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr gut und Sie hat uns alle Fragen immer sehr schnell beantwortet. Wir kommen ziemlich sicher wieder. :-)

Wunderschön

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Ferienwoche im Haus Boris verbracht und das gemütliche Ferienhaus, vor allen Dingen den Kamin und die Sauna sowie Unmengen von Schnee und das Skifahren total genossen. Die Skipiste ist vom Haus per Fuß erreichbar! Wir kommen wieder und freuen uns schon sehr!

Absoluter Erholungsurlaub. Viel Ruhe. Und mega schöne Aussicht vom Haus aus. Aber auch richtig tolle Wanderwege mit ebenso toller Aussicht. Im Haus Boris fühlt man sich sofort wohl. Es fehlt an nichts. Absolut zum weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank!
