The condo was in a safe location and the building felt safe also. Very comfortable beds and clean. Excellent communication with owner. No issues. Great value.

Would highly reccomend this room. The Host communicates great. We were informed early on regarding the building, parking, and amenities. The place was very clean and comfortable for out party of 7. This was a great location, within walking distance to everything we needed. I would most definately stay again when traveling to Charlotte.

This place is a gem! We were in town for a concert and you can't even compare the price of this place to the hotels in the area on the night of the event. The location is great (walking distance to: Bank of America Stadium, pubs and restaurants, CVS, Harris Teeter, coffee shop, etc.). Check-in and check-out were seamless and easy. We would definitely recommend this property and stay here again in the future!
