Sea view of the Wadden Sea in Westerland, a spit of land between three seas: 50 m from the Wadden Sea, 300 m from the Amstelmeer with Lütjestrand, the IJsselmeer, and the North Sea. Within a 10- to 15-km radius are North Holland’s most beautiful beaches—in Callantsoog, Julianadorp, and Den Helder—with kilometres of sandy beaches. Here, you can enjoy the peace and quiet. Return from your excursions in the evening and enjoy the sunset right outside your door, with a view of the sea from your living room window.
A fully fenced-in garden is available for your exclusive use. Your furry friend won’t be able to escape here either.............. Enjoy the sun from morning till night on the patio or in the lounge chairs. Children and pets are also welcome to make themselves comfortable on the lawn. In
(400 m away), you’ll find Lütjestrand with a water playground and swimming cove, as well as kitesurfing and a surf school.
And don’t forget the dog beach.

Grab a bite to eat and a drink in the evening at Beach Bites...
while the kids test out the giant jumping mat at Lütjestrand.

The zoo is 5 km away, and the Texel ferry is just 15 km away—easily accessible and always worth a visit.
The Maritime Museum in Den Helder is 13 km away, and there’s a climbing park in Den Helder, 15 km away. There are also small amusement parks in the area, and Den Oever (6 km away) offers sightseeing boats—all just a short drive from the harbour in Den Oever.
Water sports available 300 m away at the Amstelmeer, including a surf school, kitesurfing, and stand-up paddleboarding.
Dining options within walking distance at the Amstelmeer; shopping at Hippolyteshof, 2 km away, or Anna Polowna, 5 km away.

It’s not really suitable for people with physical limitations or those taller than 1.98 m, since the rooms, hallways, bathroom, shower, and beds (70x1.95) are on the narrow side.
But if that doesn’t bother you, you’re more than welcome to check in as a guest. Guests taller than 1.98 m are, of course, also very welcome if they don’t have a problem with this.
There’s also a huge, tall shower, as well as a washing machine and dryer, available at the park (for a fee at the front desk).
