In just a 2-minute walk, you can reach the town with all the necessary amenities: a supermarket, pharmacy, tobacco shop, restaurants, and taverns.

The business is located on a lot of approximately 500 m² for private use, under a beautiful wooden pergola with a canopy, where you can enjoy cool shade in the summer. It features a saltwater pool, a bathroom with a shower stocked with 100% natural soaps, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a barbecue, as well as relaxation areas with sofas and sun loungers. There is also a lovely playground for children.
