This exceptional home was newly built in 2022 and is furnished with great style and high-quality furnishings.

At Chalet48, a spacious living room with a wonderful atmosphere—featuring a fireplace, a large flat-screen TV, and a cosy sofa—invites you to relax and unwind. From the living room, you have direct access to the terrace, which features seating for 12 people and a 300-square-meter garden with a chill-out corner and lounge chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove, a premium automatic coffee machine, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, and a toaster. It features a spacious dining area that seats 12 people.

Between the living room and the kitchen is a unique lounge area with a pool table and direct access to the small but lovely wellness area with a sauna.
