On the ground floor of the villa there is one bedroom with bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room equipped with air conditioning and TV.
Upstairs are three bedrooms and one more living room overlooking the pool and greenery.
From the dining room and living room there is an outdoor terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful ambience.
Lipa Kate is surrounded by greenery and exudes peace, and inside the plot there is a parking lot.
