The large hillside property with a park-like landscaped garden is fully fenced and located in Syracuse in a rural area away from traffic chaos.

The large area is cultivated with passion and resembles a botanical garden with many exotic trees and plants. The swimming pool (12m x 8m large) and the entire property is private and unobservable. The pool is available from 1st of April to 31th of October.

Shops are only 1-2 km away. The property is about 2 hectares in size, living space approx. 250 sqm. The comfortable, tastefully and nicely furnished house consists of 3 bedrooms (2x double bed, 1x twin), two daylight bathrooms (1 bathroom in the bedroom), very large, bright living room with fireplace, dining area, kitchen with dishwasher, utility room with washing machine and dryer, terraces (covered and uncovered), large lawn with panoramic views. The house is air-conditioned in summer and winter. From the living room, bedroom and several terraces you can look to the Gulf of Siracusa.

A tranquil environment well placed for those looking to visit nearby sites of historical interest.

This is a lovely family home with tranquil garden and pool - ideal for those looking to chill out and relax. Ideally placed to visit Syracuse and Ortigia as well as Noto, Modica and Ragusa (as we did during our stay).

Wonderful place to stay

We have had a fabulous holiday and the house was really comfortable. There is lots to do if you want to explore Syracusa, Noto or Ragusa but the pool is wonderful if you just want to relax . Mariagrazia was really helpful

Amazing Villa

A beautiful villa with incredible outdoor space. The pool was amazing! The owner Mariagrazia was brilliant over whatsapp. Enzo, the manager of the property, was brilliant in recommending places to visit. A perfect base to explore South East Sicily at one of the best villas we have ever stayed in.

Excellent stay, the whole party enjoyed it immensely.

Owners made us very welcome and Mariagrazia in particular was most friendly and helpful during our stay. Villa was as described with full amenities for 4 adult guests. Villa location was good for exploring Siracusa and further afield. Access to the Villa might be a problem for larger cars, especially at night time, down the narrow driveway. Finding the Villa would be improved by having the Villa name on the doorway entering the property. We had a wonderful week and we would highly recommend the Villa.

Wonderful villa and pool

What a lovely property! Very clean and comfortable. Very helpful owners, who ensured that the pool remained in perfect condition for our stay. The location necessitates hiring a car. We had a perfect combination of sightseeing, and relaxing by the pool...... The pool was used at all times of day and evening by three teenagers. Small improvements include providing clear instructions, for example for the recycling and rubbish, or for feeding the animals....oh and a few more pillows would have made the stay even more comfortable.

Great location for exploring the area

Great location for exploring Siracuse, Ortigia, beaches and surrounding area. Good communication with agent and owner with great recommendations to eat. Pool was lovely and my only slight citicism would be that the photos don't acurrately reflect that it needs a little TLC. However all in all, great villa. Do try the local shops for real traditional sicilian food and explore Noto, Ragusa and Modica. Our teenagers also loved the waterpark only about 10 mins away for something different! Thanks again.

Wonderful Oasis!

We loved this spot! The pool was huge and such fun for our teenage kids. We enjoyed taking many fun day trips to Ortigia, inland Sicily, boating, and to the beach. The grounds are lovely — lush and private. We highly recommend this wonderful house.

Unique hidden hillside oasis

Wow, we’ve had an amazing two weeks. This villa is stunning, unique, authentic, spacious and very well equipped. The pool is amazing and very large, great for both adults and young children. It’s hidden away down some steps through the palm trees, passed the koi fish pond and many lizards. You will need to hire a car but the remote location is worth it for the stunning views and piece and quite. There are so many places to visit and eating out is superb. There are 5 different places to eat dinner, lunch or breakfast, all are brilliant. The bbq is very good and kitchen and utility is well equipped. We would definitely recommend to family and friends and hope to return.

Traumhaus in Siracusa

Das Haus hat uns wunderbar gefallen. Sehr gross, sehr schön eingerichtet und vorallem sehr sauber. Der Garten ist ein wahrer Traum. Wunderschön angelegt und sehr gepflegt. Den traumhaften Pool konnten wir noch nicht geniessen weil es uns einfach zu kalt war. April ist vielleicht noch etwas früh zum baden. Trotzdem haben wir die Abendsonne am Pool sehr genossen. Vielen herzlichen Dank

Just wonderful

The house is spacious and comfortable, and the grounds are stunning, with a multi-level garden, small waterfall, koi pond, and a gorgeous pool, with a view of the distant sea. Note that there's some climbing involved in getting down to, and back from, the pool, but I managed to navigate the stairs even with a sprained ankle.

Wunderbare Garten/Poolanlage

Wunderbare Gartenanlage mit grossem Poolbereich - die Kinder waren kaum davon zu trennen. Insgesamt ein grosses schönes Grundstück, ruhig, aber verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Das Haus war sauber und gepflegt, alles vorhanden was man für ein Ferienhaus braucht. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter waren außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter.
