This exclusive, four-bedroom, 4.5-bath tri-level luxury townhome blends upscale comfort, exceptional convenience, and an unbeatable location in the heart of downtown Winter Park, Colorado.
The main floor of the unit has a large living room with hardwood flooring, ceiling fan to help cool off during the warmer summer months, comfortable furnishings that surround the gas fireplace and flat screen television. You can access the private patio to enjoy the forested surrounding and peaceful setting. The dining area will seat up to six guests for quick meals or if you want to have quality family time with games, puzzles or reading.
Take a few steps up to the hidden den area with sofas and flat screen television - this area will overlook the main living room area below. You will continue on this level to the gourmet kitchen that offers an exceptionally well-appointed kitchen - you will feel right at home from the moment you walk in. Entertain or unwind in the chef’s kitchen with granite countertops, Viking gas stove, stainless-steel appliances,a large area with plenty of countertop space for meal preparation, an island with bar stools convenient for quick snacks before heading out to enjoy the local adventures.
