Welcome to the newly renovated, quietly located “Ferienwohnung Erika” in the town of Gollwitz. In this house you will find space for up to 5 people, leaving little to be desired.
A bedroom with a double bed and a cot, as well as a bedroom with a double bunk bed and a single bed offer you restful nights.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, stove and kettle offers everything you need.
There are two living rooms in this apartment, one of which is modernly furnished and equipped with a TV. The second living room is furnished in a nostalgic style with antique furniture and a sofa set and invites you to fun game evenings. All living rooms are equipped with underfloor heating.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet child seat as well as a washing machine.
A high chair and a children's travel cot are available in the house and, if you order them, we will be happy to set them up for your little ones before they arrive.
Free WiFi available.
Enjoy the spacious garden with a wind-protected seating area as well as a swing, sandpit, barbecue area, garden furniture and a fruit tree meadow (many birds and insects buzz around in this fruit tree meadow) while the children play. You are welcome to bake yourself a delicious fruit cake using the baking utensils provided by the owner.
It is approx. 400 m to the beach.

Wie schon im letzten Jahr in den Salzwiesen hat es uns auch in diesem Haus sehr gut gefallen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die freundlichen Besitzer des Grundstücks, welche auf unsere Hinweise sehr schnell reagierten. Da wir uns bei ihnen nicht verabschieden konnten, bitte übermitteln sie unseren besonderen Dank!
Ein kleine Kritik möchte ich jedoch loswerden. Es betrifft nicht die tolle Unterkunft, sondern den Stand von Gollwitz.
Der dortige lange Hundestrand grenzt direkt an den verhältnismäßig kurzen Strand und ist sehr nah an der Vogelinsel Werder gelegen. Die freilaufenden, bellenden Hunde rannten oft durch die badenden Gäste und auch über die Sandbänke der Vogelinsel. Es war für uns keine echte Erholung und suchten uns am Tag einen ruhigeren Strandabschitt. Die Vogelbeobachtung verschoben wir dann auf den späten Nachmittag - ab 18 Uhr. Der Hundestrand sollte doch etwas weiter von der Insel entfernt beginnen.
