Other things to note
Please remember this is Costa Rica. Costa Rica at times has wind storms, power outages, water outages as well as bugs, iguanas and monkeys. We have a lifestyle here called Pura Vida. Please keep in mind that many of the locals, including security guards, do not speak English. When entering the security gate please say “Vicente Lemus Portillo Casa 48”. Be kind to our local workers as they are simply doing their job

Pool is cleaned before each stay, please keep in mind what season we are in as the wind makes having a leaf-free pool nearly impossible

Large mess and/or excessive trash will be a fee of $250

Front gate security will provide trash service for you, simply bring to the front gate and they will take from there
