Boasting stunning mountain views, the "Niuasi" holiday apartment in Ortisei/Sankt Ulrich offers you a fantastic setting for your stay. The 70 m² property features a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with an optional single bed, 1 bathroom, and can accommodate up to 5 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, heating, and a smart TV with streaming services. A washing machine with dryer is also available. A baby cot and high chair are provided.



During winter, a shuttle bus to the ski lifts departs right in front of the property. On-site parking is available. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Wi-Fi is available and suitable for video calls. The interior is step-free.

Dolomite Ski Week

We had a fantastic week in Ortisei and the apartment was wonderful - clean, less than 10 min walk to the town center and less than 15 min walk to the Alpe di Siusi gondola. We highly recommend staying here, and we would again!
