The Prapaul house is located in a sunny and quiet location, on the eastern outskirts of Ortisei. You have a wonderful view of the beautiful mountain Sassolungo. The summer guests have the opportunity to relax on the well -kept lawn next to the house. The village center of Ortisei is reached with a cozy walk of 15 minutes. In winter there is the stop of the ski bus service nearby (300 m), with which you can reach all the ski slopes of the village and the valley. The Dorigo family is happy to welcome

Perfect location

The location was perfect for getting the bus and having our own vehicle. The check in and check out process was smooth and timely. Would highly recommend this location and apartment.

Wonderful location and host!

We were a short walk away from the shops and restaurants in Ortisei. Our host was very kind, and very responsive to any questions. She even did our laundry which was appreciated! Kitchen was well stocked with essentials to make meals, and we had a wonderful view of the mountains from our kitchen table.

The apartment was large and clean as described. The location was convenient to grocery store, restaurants and cable cars. The owner was very nice and quickly responsive. Car parking by the house was easy. Highly recommended!

Nice, quiet, practical place. Very friendly hosts. St Ulrich is very small, so you can walk everywhere. The apartment is located at the end of town. The only thing I would wish for is better pillows. The ones in the place are very uncomfortable. No complaints beyond that.

Charming apartment within walking distance of Ortisei

This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for a nice one-bedroom apartment within walking distance of Ortisei (be prepared for some downhill and uphill walking) and several ski lifts. The owners are very nice and responded to all communication in a timely manner. They do not speak English but are happy to use a translation app to communicate if necessary. Overall we had a fantastic, peaceful stay.

Das Apartment Prapaul ist sehr sauber, ordentlich und gut eingerichtet. Sehr ruhig gelegen.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es sind nur 10 Minuten Spazierweg zum Zentrum St. Ulrich. Das Apartment hat großzügige Räumlichkeiten und ist sehr sauber und ordentlich.

Very nice, big and clean appartment

Uitstekend ontvangen. Ruim appaetement met een grote badkamer en top douche. Prima bedden (vonden wij heel belangrijk), lekker zitje en bank. 20 minuten lopen naar het centrum, een prima wandelingetje. Prachtig uitzicht en je stapt zo de bergen in voor een hike.

Schöne Unterkunft

Es war sehr sauber, alles was in der Küche gebraucht wird, war vorhanden. Die drei Minuten zum Bus könnten auch 6 sein. Aber der Bus bringt einen direkt zum Lift von Sankt Ulrich oder Sankt Christina. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Leider ist diese Ferienwohnung nicht zu empfehlen

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig gestaltet und sauber. Allerdings besteht ein massives Schimmelproblem in dem Bad und auch im Schlafzimmer. Auch mit intensiven Lüften kann man das Bad nach KURZEM Duschen nicht trocken bekommen. An Wänden und Decke befinden sich große schwarze Stellen. Der Weg am Haus entlang zum Appartement ist sehr steil und wird leider vom Vermieter nicht gestreut. Es war spiegelglatt und uns kaum möglich das Gepäck zum Auto zu bekommen, weil man sich mit zwei Händen am Geländer festhalten musste. Dies ist meine erste schlechte Bewertung, die ich schreibe, aber wenn ich auf meine Mail hierzu erst gar keine Antwort bekomme und auf den Reminder die Aussage, man befinde sich in den Bergen und da wäre mit Glätte zu rechnen, bleibt mir leider keine andere Wahl. Es fällt mir schwer zu verstehen, dass man hier als Vermieter nicht kurz einen Eimer mit Streusand in die Hand nehmen kann. So günstig ist das Appartement für das Gebotene nicht.

No washing machine or hair dryer.

There were no washing machines as descripted. We were really disappointed because this is why we picked that place. Also, there is no hair dryer. The lady offered us to clean our clothes for us, but personally this is not something we like to do. However, the unit is so clean, pleasant and well located. We strongly recommend it if not having a washing machine is fine with you.

Vacanza a Ortisei

L’alloggio si trova a pochi minuti dal centro di Ortisei, splendida cittadina a pochi passi da moltissimi percorsi e sentieri di montagna nella magnifica cornice delle Dolomiti. La casa pulitissima e in ordine. I signori Dorigo sono stati gentilissimi. Vivamente Consigliato!
