Spend a fantastic vacation with your extended family or friendly couples in this wonderful and modern vacation home with many amenities. Arrive here and make yourself at home on the cozy and comfortable furniture of the house, discover three very well equipped floors for yourself and find peace in the private bedroom, each with its own bathroom. While you gather in the large and open living room, swing the wooden spoon together or just relax on the sofa, you can continue your sports training program with fitness and sauna in the basement. The garden also holds many great activities for you. Take a dip together in the swimming pool or relax in the hot tub. Also make yourself comfortable with a good book on the garden furniture of the terraces or in the garden house and live into the day.



Also plan activities and excursions and visit the beautiful city of Pula, on the outskirts of which your vacation home is located. This unique place convinces with a long shipbuilding and naval tradition, which spreads a rather industrial and urban atmosphere. The city offers a mix of different cultural influences and has many interesting and endearing corners to explore. Stroll through the city center, which offers several shopping options and a rich gastronomy. Also visit the sights such as the magnificent amphitheater, the August Temple or the Sergier Arch. The nearest beaches are just a few minutes away by car. Jump into the refreshing water or if you prefer to experience more nature, go to Fazana, which has beautiful sandy beaches and bays to offer or discover the interior of Istria. Jeder der ein Ferienhaus ohne Kompromisse möchte sollte hier zuschlagen.

Jeder der ein Ferienhaus ohne Kompromisse möchte sollte hier zuschlagen. Marko der Gastgeber hat uns bei unserer Ankunft herzlichen Empfangen und uns das gesamte Haus in Ruhe gezeigt und die technischen Details erklärt. Das Haus ist in eine wunderschöne sehr liebevolle Gartenanlage gebettet und das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt. Vier überdachte und mit Garagentor versehene Carport Stellplätze waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Weder im Hauptgebäude noch in Poolhaus fehlte es an etwas. Vier Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad befanden sich im Dachgeschoss. Im Erdgeschoss gab es einen offenen Wohn-Essküchen Bereich mit einem angrenzenden Hauswirtschaftsraum (Waschmaschine-Trockner- Staubsauger-Wischer-Bügeleisen usw. komplett vorhanden) und einem weiteren Du-WC. Im Keller war der Fitnessraum mit den beiden Saunas. Alles ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet worden. Ein Reisebett für die kleinen war bei unserer Ankunft auch vorhanden. Die Küchen sind beide vollständig mit allen notwendigen Utensilien bestückt. Das Haupthaus ist bis auf die Flure komplett mit Klimaanlagen versehen (was vor allem in den Nächten ein Luxus war). Der Pool und der Whirlpool waren in einem tadellosen Zustand und die Wasserqualität wurden während unseres Aufenthaltes zwei mal kontrolliert-gepflegt. Für die Kinder war ein zusätzlicher Bereich mit Schaukel-Rutsche und Trampolin versehen. Das Haus liegt am Stadtrand von Pula. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 3,5km entfernt und schnell zu erreichen. 150m entfernt befindet sich aber auch noch ein kleiner Einkaufsladen der alles notwendige vorrätig hat. Die verschiedenen Strände sind ebenfalls 3-7km entfernt und somit binnen 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir waren mit zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) dort und können diese Ankunft ohne Einschränkungen nur wärmstens empfehlen. @Marko nochmals danke für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub. Wir werden uns sicher wieder sehen 😀

Wir sind am Anreisetag herzlich begrüßt würde.

Wir sind am Anreisetag herzlich begrüßt würde. Das Haus und vor allem das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt. Alles entspricht Bildern. Mit Liebe zum Detail fühlt man sich mehr als Wohl. Der Vermieter ist immer ansprechbar und fragt zwischendurch ob alles gut ist oder ob es an irgendwas fehlt. Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und einem Kind dort und hatten alles was man braucht direkt vor Ort. Pula ist nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in nur 2 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Wir hatten schon viele Häuser in Pula, aber dieses hat alle anderen Häuser in den Schatten gestellt.

Unser Urlaub in den Pfingstferien war einfach perfekt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir konnten uns super entspannen. Auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind von hier aus prima erreichbar.
