No parties are allowed. Please do not smoke inside the house. There is a seating area outside where you may smoke. The back patio is off limits.

Please park on the street in front of the house. Do not park in front of the garage, your vehicle will be towed.

If the trash cans are out (one black and one green) please park at least 5 feet away from the cans so the rear loader garbage truck to access them.
