Issues we had was, a large wasp nest under table, screen ripped on patio door - both rectified. On listing shows patio umbrella there was none. Got there fridge left open and needed to flip the breaker to get it working but it worked from there. Only suggestion would be a fire pit and screens on all the windows. Other than that no issues.
