Very nice, clean and new place. Plenty of room for 6 adults to sleep. Location was great for our trip which was centered around fishing in the bay.

Well equipped, very clean home. Home is not truly a 3 bedroom. There is an upstairs bedroom with adjoining loft featuring a day bed with roll out twin underneath it. Will be lovely when a dock is added as there is no bay access at this time.

The house and location were both great. Very easy drive to Eastpoint, Carrabelle, St George, and Apalachicola. The house was clean and well stocked with necessities. Shaded parking underneath the house was also nice. Screened porch off the upstairs master room was great to keep the bugs away. Lots of outdoor space between the 3 porches. The outside furniture is all new and very comfortable, same for the indoor furniture. Utility sink and hose connection under the house was nice as well for cleaning beach gear and fishing gear. Honestly have nothing negative to say about the place. Overall great spot. Highly recommend.
