Deluxe On The Beach Apartment with Sea View, Wi-Fi, and Air Conditioning

Located in Marbella, this 130 m² property features a spacious living/dining room, two large terraces, and an east-facing terrace dining area. Enjoy views of "La Venus" sandy beach and the famous "Paseo Maritimo" from the east terrace. The west terrace offers a heated hot tub and a picturesque garden filled with vibrant flowers.



The living room, directly facing the terrace, is elegantly furnished with sofas, a modern table, chairs, and a reading nook. The apartment offers high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services and international channels, and central air conditioning throughout.



There are two generously sized double bedrooms with en-suite marble bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and Nespresso machine.



Parking spaces are available nearby for an extra fee. Airport or train station shuttle service is also available for an extra fee. Upon request, a baby cot and high chair with utensils are provided free of charge. Late check-in service from 10:00 p.m. to midnight is available for an extra fee. Self check-in is possible after midnight. Beach towels and bed linen are provided for your comfort.



Parties are strictly prohibited. Security cameras and audio recording devices are placed in strategic areas of the common spaces for guest safety.

Beach Getaway

This is a fabulous apartment in a great location. The kitchen was well equipped, allowing us to cook easily during our stay. The living room is very welcoming and the terrace is wonderful. Rupert is a dream to communicate with and made us feel welcome. We loved watching all the activity on the beach and hearing the sounds of the ocean.

beach bliss

The apartment is in truly a wonderful location. Literally on the beach with a comfortable terrace overlooking the sand and water. Just off the promenade, the area is full of restaurants and wonderful for long walks. It is a quick stroll into the Old Town area. The apartment itself is very comfortable and clean. The hot tub provided a welcome end of day after a round of golf. The kitchen is well equipped and there is both washer and dryer! Rupert is responsive and a delight to interact with.
