🏊🏼The condo has an outdoor pool that is seasonal. Please bring your pool towel. Pool Hours: 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
➡️ Pool closed between September (Labor Day) through May (Memorial weekend).
🚭 No smoking/vaping inside condo any smell of cigarettes/weed extra cleaning deodorizing fee ($75.00) will be charged. If you have to smoke there is a designated area down stairs, near pool for smoking and cigarette butts.
🐶 Absolutely NO pets of any kind are permitted in Skylit City Vista by the orders of Condo Homeowner’s Association (HOA) Rules.
🚗🚗 Two FREE parking spaces on premises; directly in front of the condo. The condominium has exterior cameras for your protection.
