The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave all beds unmade that were not slept in. Place all towels in the laundry hamper and place by the washer/dryer.
Load Dishwasher and Turn it on. Please remove all perishable food items from the fridge. Take all trash down to the Unit A garage can.
Please place key lanyards back on the island and the master key back in the box outside on the porch.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (Up to 21 years)
Please no side street parking allowed. Home is not available for photoshoots or videography.
