The 96 m² semi-detached house spans two levels

On the first level, the living area—complete with a fireplace, seating area, TV, DVD player, and a dining table for six—invites you to relax.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, range hood, and dishwasher.
A bathroom with a shower, washer-dryer, and a separate entryway/closet area are also located on the ground floor.
The living room opens onto the furnished terraces.

On the second level, there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, sink, and toilet
Two of the bedrooms each feature a double bed (box spring with 2 mattresses, 90 x 200), while the other bedroom is furnished with two single beds.

Children under 3 years of age may stay free of charge upon request.

The fenced-in grounds feature a swimming pool that can be used daily, free of charge, and year-round.
The sauna is available for a fee by prior arrangement.

The holiday park is located on the edge of a nature reserve and is idyllically and quietly situated at the edge of the forest.

Children can play and run around to their heart’s content on a large meadow.
In addition to a football field with goals, they have access to a wide variety of playground equipment, such as a climbing frame with a slide, swings, a sandpit, a carousel, a seesaw, a ping-pong table, and a real ship.

The newly opened “Waldhaus” restaurant, with seating for 35, serves delicious meals. Here you can enjoy Nordic-Bavarian cuisine.

BiIt’s just a 15-minute walk to the fine sandy beach or to the town centre.

Since 2024, there have been 2 charging stations, each with 2 charging points (max. 22 kW), in the holiday park’s outdoor car park.
