2-room flat on the 3rd floor, 75 m2. East facing position, with lake and mountain view. Entrance with wardrobe. Bright, cosy living/dining room with 2 wall cupboard beds (90x200). Bedroom with two single beds, bath/WC/lavabo, separate guest toilet. Radio, TV and telephone. Free WLAN connection. Kitchen with hatch to the living room, with oven and dishwasher. Nespresso coffee machine. Fondue and raclette can be rented free of charge at the reception. Garage parking available for a fee (Fr. 5.-- per day in summer and Fr. 8.-- per day in winter). Ski and boot room for shared use. Non-smoking flat.


Facility:

The house is located in the center of Silvaplana. Lake, cross-country ski trail, bus stop, restaurants and shops are nearby. The aerial cableway Corvatsch is 5 minutes away by bus.

The Chesa Munteratsch allows a nice holiday and offers comfortable apartments, some with balcony or garden. Enjoy the wonderful view over the lakes and mountains.

All apartments are equipped with telephone, radio, TV and some are equipped with dish-washer. The house has a lift and parking.

Seit Jahren komme ich 1 bis 2 mal jährlich zum Wandern bzw. Skilanglaufen ins schöne Oberengadin. Dabei wohne ich immer gern in einer der Ferienwohnungen von Chesa Munteratsch. In der gepflegten und sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung 301 mit der schönen Aussicht auf Seen und Berge fühle ich mich besonders wohl. Die Raumaufteilung und dass es 2 Toiletten gibt, sind sehr gut. Prima, dass diese tolle Wohnung gemietet werden kann. Gerne komme ich wieder in diese empfehlenswerte Wohnung.

Der Service, das Einchecken ist unkompliziert. Die Lage ruhig, das Auto ist bequem in der Garage untertzustellen. Vielen Dank an Matthias und Ladina!
