2-room flat on the 4th floor, 75 m2. Balcony, south facing position, with lake and mountain view. Entrance with wardrobe. Bright, cosy living/dining room with 2 wall cupboard beds (90x200). Double room with double bed and own bath/WC/lavabo, shower/WC. Radio, TV and telephone. Free WLAN connection. Open-plan kitchen/living room with oven and dishwasher. Nespresso coffee machine. Fondue and raclette can be borrowed free of charge at the reception. Garage space available for a fee (Fr. 5.-- per day in summer and Fr. 8.-- per day in winter). Ski and boot room for shared use. Non-smoking flat.


Facility:

The house is located in the center of Silvaplana. Lake, cross-country ski trail, bus stop, restaurants and shops are nearby. The aerial cableway Corvatsch is 5 minutes away by bus.

The Chesa Munteratsch allows a nice holiday and offers comfortable apartments, some with balcony or garden. Enjoy the wonderful view over the lakes and mountains.

All apartments are equipped with telephone, radio, TV and some are equipped with dish-washer. The house has a lift and parking.

Das Preis/Leitungsverhältnis dieser Wohnung erachten wir als angemessen. Wir hatten alles was es für eine Woche braucht. Besonders toll fanden wir die grosse Küche und die zwei Badzimmer. Die Wohnung ist von der Strasse abgewendet und hat somit zwar nur seitliche Aussicht, damit aber auch keinen Strassenlärm. Generell war es bei unserem Aufenthalt im Oktober sehr ruhig.
