The downstairs smelled strongly of cat urine. Upstairs was better. The road noise was loud most of the night. It was a one bedroom apartment with a game room downstairs. The downstairs had a large gap in a garage door letting in air and potentially small animals. The upstairs only has windows air conditioners that do not efficiently cool the space and are very loud. The downstairs did not have any air conditioning.
