Accommodation description:
If you want to enjoy a quiet holiday only 7 km from the beach and nearby all the entertainment of the area, this is the right place. The holiday chalet is located on a small farm. You have a free view out over the meadows from your own screened terrace. The unique view of meadows and the occasional grazing horse will bring you in a relaxed state. This modern chalet is fully equipped!
With the beach at 7km and Alkmaar at 8, you can literally go in any direction here. If you want to be active, go hiking or mountain biking in the dunes (and discover that the Netherlands is not flat everywhere). Immerse yourself in the Dutch culture of Alkmaar. Enjoy the beach and the Sea. Or dine out in one of the cosy villages nearby!
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted

Urlaub war wunderschön, geschlafen zwischen Schafen, Kühen und Pferden wie auf dem Lande u trotzdem nah zur Stadt. Alle Urlaubsziele relativ nah mit 1 Stunde Fahrt. Besonders toll fanden wir das satte Grün überall, Natur pur, unzählige Radwege u Wasserstraßen. Es war ein entspanntes Fahren ohne Hast u Eile.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen. Die Terrasse und der schöne Garten mit dem Ausblick auf die Pferdekoppel sind toll. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen benötigt und alles war sauber. Die Einrichtung ist modern. Die Schlafzimmer waren etwas klein. In den Schränken war genug Stauraum. Leider lassen sich zwei der großen Terrassentüren nicht öffnen, was zum Lüften bei den hohen Temperaturen wünschenswert gewesen wäre. Das Haus heizt sich relativ schnell auf, so dass es ohne Klimaanlage leider sehr heiß wurde. Da dies die erste Woche in diesem Jahr in Holland war, in welcher die Temperatur um die 25 - 29 Grad war, hatten die Vermieter wahrscheinlich noch keine Erfahrung mit den Temperaturen im Haus. Diese lag bei Rückkehr von Tagesausflügen bei 36 grad im Haus.
