Die Wohnung ist im Großen und Ganzen okay, aber könnte eine Auffrischung gebrauchen. Sie ist mit Wohndeko überladen (alte künstliche Blumen, Kitsch). Keine Möglichkeit, Lebensmittel zu lagern (kein freier Schrankraum im der Küche). Positiv: die Lage ist sehr zentral und absolut ruhig.

Ruhige Oase mitten im Trubel

Ich war im Juli 2025 zusammen mit meiner Schwester für 10 Tage in der Wohnung im Hoppenberg 5b eingemietet.Die Wohnung hat eine großzügige Aufteilung der Räume, Schlafzimmer beide identisch groß und verfügen über 2 Doppelbetten, dh auch 2-4 Erwachsene haben ausreichend Platz. Das Badezimmer ist sehr geräumig und hat ausreichend Ablage- und Staufläche, lediglich Handtuchhalter könnten etwas mehr vorhanden sein zB Haken an der Tür.Die Fenster haben alle Fliegengitter (leider nicht die Balkontür), das ist auf dem Darß ein Muss, wie wir angesichts der vielen stechwütigen Mücken festgestellt haben.Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr praktisch, vor allem das bequeme Sofa hat uns sehr gut gefallen.Der Balkon ist ebenfalls groß genung für 4 Erwachsene und sehr schön ruhig mit Blick ins Grüen. Überhaupt bekommt man vom Trubel an der Seebrücke und in der Einkaufsstraße gar nichts mit. Wir würden das Appartment auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Geschirr (außer Gläser) war etwas knapp bemessen. Es musste ständig gespühlt werden. Was für eine Wasserverschwendung. Der Vormieter hatte die Tassen dreckig hinterlassen und auch der Rost im Backofen war sehr schmutzig. Die Wohnung ist nicht geeignet für Leute mit Gehbehinderung. Die Treppe ist sehr steil.
