Our holiday apartments are located in an idyllic, quiet setting above Aschau at the edge of the forest, offering a magnificent panoramic view of the Kampenwand. Beautiful biking and hiking trails, as well as cross-country ski trails, start right at the door. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the town centre and the paediatric orthopedic clinic. Our healthy, solid-wood house features 6 spacious (64 square metres) holiday apartments, high-quality natural wood furniture, and underfloor heating in the natural stone shower. The holiday apartments feature spacious south-facing terraces or balconies. A baby/child’s bed, high chair, and changing table are available free of charge upon request. Large play and sunbathing area. Ping-pong table, climbing wall, large trampoline. Bicycle garage, barbecue area, and sleighs provided free of charge. Washing machine and dryer in the building. Dogs are allowed for a fee in four apartments: No. I (ground floor), II (ground floor), IV (1st floor) / VI (top floor); dogs are not permitted in apartments III (1st floor) and V (attic). Partially accessible for people with disabilities / wheelchair users; please check before booking to ensure the apartment is suitable for your specific needs.
This spacious, bright, and cosy 64-square-meter non-smoking ground-floor holiday apartment—featuring natural wood and clay finishes—boasts a generous south-facing terrace and panoramic views of the Kampenwand. With its natural wood furniture, it offers a relaxing atmosphere, underfloor and wall heating. Enjoy your getaway in a spacious living area with an open kitchen and dining area. The living area features a sleeper sofa, satellite flat-screen TV, internet connection, and free Wi-Fi, as well as the fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Moccamaster coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. Two separate bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and the second bedroom with a single bed featuring a pull-out bed. The pull-out bed is designed as a bottom drawer and can be easily pulled out. Bathroom with a natural stone shower, floor and wall heating, toilet, and hair dryer. Bedding and towels are provided.
Washing machine and dryer are available in the building. A cot, changing pad, and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.
