Unwind at Summit Seekers. A cozy one-bedroom condo with a sleeper sofa, overlooking South Peak at Loon Mountain and the sounds of the Pemi River.

We are within walking distance of local restaurants from breakfast to dinner, coffee and candy shops, and a short drive to The Notch, The Kangamangus and beyond.

Why they chose this property
The Lodge is located just a minute beyond downtown Lincoln. Although being that close, we are tucked away from the hustle and bustle enough to enjoy that quiet mountain life. Falling asleep to the sounds of the Pemi River is like natures own sound machine. From the amenities at the Lodge to walking distance for bites to eat and coffee, and minutes from I-93 and the Kancamagus, it makes trips beyond Lincoln easy and accessible.
