The light-filled Seeglück holiday apartment features free parking and a covered bike rack right in front of the building’s entrance. It offers approximately 105 m² of living space, spread across 4.5 rooms on the ground floor and the attic.

The absolute highlight is the three balconies, two of which have large patio doors providing direct access from the living and dining area; they face south and offer sweeping views of the lake. Perfect for shared breakfasts, leisurely meals, and relaxing, sunny hours.

The inviting dining area includes an open-concept kitchen with a genuine Black Forest ambiance, featuring an oven, four hob burners, a refrigerator, a kettle, a De’Longhi Nespresso capsule machine, and plenty of dishes and kitchen accessories. The kitchen/dining area flows into the bright and open living room, which invites you to relax on the spacious couch and in the comfortable armchair.

The first bedroom, located on the ground floor, features a third balcony, a double bed (sleeping area 1.80 x 2.00 m), and a spacious closet. From this bedroom, you can access the spa-style bathroom, which features a corner whirlpool tub, a shower, two sinks, and a toilet.
Next door is the second bedroom, which features a double bed (sleeping area 1.60 x 2.00 m), an open shelving unit, and a sliding door. The ground floor also has a separate bathroom with a sink and toilet.

In the attic, a spacious loft area serves as the third bedroom, featuring a double bed (sleeping area 1.80 x 2.00 m), a closet, shelves, and a small desk in a Black Forest style. The bright room with large skylights has an open layout and offers a view down into the living room through a skylight. Adjacent to it is another bathroom with a shower,
