Economical and comfortable, and we enjoyed being able to take neighborhood strolls with easy walkable access to downtown, restaurants, and the waterfront.
Comfortable, clean, spacious home in a cute neighborhood within 10 minute walk to downtown Sandpoint and about 10 minutes to the bottom shuttle at Schweitzer Mountain. House was as described and fully stocked with amenities, including laundry soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. So nice to rent a house with all the little things that you don’t have to buy or bring! Comfortable beds too. We visited during winter so did not use the outdoor area.
Cute and the accommodations were very nice. The upstairs bathroom & bedrooms were very nice. The downstairs was very nice. It reminded a couple of the ladies just like the home they grew up in.

Great!
Such a cozy and charming 1920's home. Had everything we could need. Beach, shops and restaurants all within walking distance! Beds were so cozy. Lots of room. Great big fenced yard.
We arrived friday evening and left on sunday morning. The place had most of what we need and rooms were spacious and clean. Enjoyed being walking distance to the city center. Would recommend and come back
We loved the house! It fit our family (5 kids/teens) and my parents perfectly! It felt clean and had all the amenities we needed. We walked to town often, the location was great. Back yard is big and the BBQ was a great extra! We will definitely book again

A lot bigger than it looks!
This house was perfect for what we needed. 4 bedrooms, two full bath, cozy and welcoming and close to everything.
Charner is an accurate description. It was filled with everything we needed and the extra amenities like comfy blanketa throughout made it even better.

Downtown Sandpoint stay
This is a cute old house that hasn't been updated to meet 21st century living. Although there is A/C upstairs, downstairs is quite warm. We had all doors and windows open with floor fans running our entire stay. Thank goodness we feel safe in Sandpoint to keep the front door open 24/7 :)
We did find the interior stairs a bit steep. A few more electrical outlet would be nice.
The location of the house is great! We walked to Cone and Coffee ice cream and City Beach with young children and no one complained.

Hi, Susan. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re pleased to hear you appreciated the charm, location, and safety of the house. We also want to acknowledge your concerns regarding the lack of A/C downstairs, the steep interior stairs, and the limited number of electrical outlets. Your input is valuable to us, and we are committed to making improvements to enhance future guests’ experiences. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to host you again.

Overall we had a great stay here. It’s a big house, 4 bedrooms with lots of places to sleep, good for a big group. Would definitely come back with more people. We came from Canada and had no data in the USA, and were unlucky to find that the wifi wasn’t working. The Vacasa house manager was on vacation and didn’t answer but the homeowner was very helpful and responsive. Had someone come by the next morning to fix the wifi. It was an anomaly due to service provider error and likely won’t be an issue again, but it sucked for us. Since the smart tv didn’t work without wifi we tried using the dvd player but that didn’t work either, we had nothing to do the first night. Also was expecting coffee to be stocked but there wasn’t any, bring your own if you chose to stay here! Would definitely stay here again, we just got unlucky with the wifi/dvd player.
