Simple, well-sized apartment in GREAT PBerg neighborhood.

My husband and I stayed with our 2 daughters (5 and almost 2) and my mom for 9 days. I had lived in Berlin previously and this is a fantastic part of the city for families and just for visitors. Lots of restaurants, cafes, bars within walking distance as well as parks and playgrounds. The M2 Tram and M4 Tram are both a short walk and bring you to Alexanderplatz within 10 minutes. The apartment itself was simple but had everything you’d need. Quiet inner building. Washing machine was a big help. The kitchen was small but had everything you need including a freezer. Had two tvs (that we didn’t end up using). Communication with the owner was fantastic and very responsive and helpful! It was hot while we were in Berlin, and because of it being the middle building there wasn’t much drafts. We ended up buying some fans to keep the apartment cool. Otherwise everything was perfect!

Sur l' annonce, il était écrit cosy. Mobilier usé qui pourrait être changé. Ce n' est pas du niveau 2 étoiles. C est vraiment très cher pour ce qui est proposé. Points positifs : calme. Et la gérante a accepté que l' on reste dans le logement qui nous était proposé la première nuit. L autre logement n avait pas de porte à la chambre. Seul un rideau séparait la chambre. Gerne wieder!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung im Prenzlauerberg sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr zweckmässig eingerichtet für einen Aufenthalt in der Stadt und hat alles, was man/frau braucht und noch mehr. Geschätzt haben wir die gute Küchenausstattung und Details wie vorhandene Geschirrtücher, Besteck, Toaster, Mülltüten und Toilettenpapier... :-) Vielleicht nicht ganz so luxuriös sind die vorhandenen Steckdosen/Kabel, die mit Kleinkindern tricky sein können. Ebenso das improvisierte Schlafzimmer im Eingangsbereich der Wohnung. Allerdings konnten wir uns prima einrichten und haben da sehr gut geschlafen. Die Wohnung betritt man über den Innenhof, dadurch ist sie gut "geschützt" und auch keineswegs lärmig. Alles in allem durchaus zu empfehlen, bei der Lage sowieso!

Très bien situé, calme et agréable

L'appartement est très bien situé, au calme, dans un quartier agréable de Berlin, avec des commerces à proximité et de très bonnes liaisons de transports en commun vers tous les lieux intéressants de la ville. Il est bien équipé (quelques fourchettes et cuillères supplémentaires seraient quand même nécessaires ;-))
