Perfect Place
What a great little treasure that I look forward to visiting again. Better than advertised!
This was such a cozy cottage with a beautiful vantage point over the lake! We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Highlights were the screened in porch, campfires in the evening, the “island” dock, and kayaks for paddles on the lake.

Nice Rustic "Cabin"
Not fancy but clean and had needed amenities. Lake was beautiful and had very private feel. Loved that it had a grill and fire pit. The island was a plus.
I enjoyed my stay and after labor day the lake is quiet. Listening to the loons is relaxing in nature. I would definitely go back. Everything was just right for me. Thank you for your hospitality and a clean, safe and relaxing stay.
This cottage was perfect for 2 or 3 people. Nicely decorated. Clean inside. Kayaks and party island were fantastic! Loved hearing and seeing the loons. Comfortable and cozy. Would definitely return.
Great waterfront location on beautiful lake. Several kayaks and a paddle board available. Property has its own private island with fire pit, picnic table, hammock, and dock. Very nice view of the lake and sunsets from inside the house and from the porch. Would definitely go back.
We loved our stay at Little Birch! The weather wasn't the best so we didn't get to enjoy the lake as much, but the entire stay was still all the comforts of home with none of the worry! We even enjoyed listening to the rain on the tin roof. Everything was clean and we had all that we needed. It was great to have all the amenities while still feeling at peace and quiet. We would love to come back in the future to hopefully enjoy some sunshine on the lake!

Cozy lake cabin with excellent host!
We loved our stay at Little Birch. This space was perfect for a couple. We had a beautiful fall day kayaking on the lake, and the cabin stayed warm in the cooler nights. The place was clean and well stocked with essential toiletries and a functional kitchen. Would absolutely recommend and return!
This location is perfect for 1-2 people who want to fall asleep to the dreamy sounds of loon calls, spend an evening around a firepit whilst marveling at the reflection of a crescent moon in the lake, or paddling around marvelous Little Sebago. Clean, well-equipped cottage. A stackable W/D means less to bring! Super friendly owner, but we had all the space and quiet we needed. A+! Would rebook.
This small but charming guesthouse provided a place of relaxation and fun, with kayaks and lake swimming, a lovely porch to watch the sunset and owners next door who were incredibly welcoming and informative. Lots of great hiking trails nearby and easy access to the Maine coast as well. Wonderful stay overall.
Beautiful peaceful property with access to little Sebago lake and everything it has to offer. The cottage was very clean and lovingly decorated. It’s equipped with basic necessities for comfortable stay. The host was great! We enjoyed our stay.
It's with mixed feelings I write this glowing review because I feel like I've discovered a very special place and if anyone else knew how wonderful it will be booked solid whenever I plan to return. The cabin has everything you need and the location is perfect. Should you cross paths with the hosts, they are absolutely delightful. The grocery store is close and the mornings on the lake idyllic. This is the perfect place to rest and restore.

Loveable little dollhouse!
This cottage was extremely clean and beautifully furnished with comfy furniture and antique pieces and a kitchen well-appointed with everything needed for a cozy stay. The porch swing view was magnificent! The only teeny drawback is we could not have anyone for dinner because there was no table except a 2-seater on the porch. We loved our stay and would happily go back again!
