Above Radstadt 8 km from the centre of Radstadt, 13 km from the centre of Schladming, 50 m from the edge of the forest, 8 km from the lake, 6 km from the skiing area. For shared use: natural state property, large terraced garden (fenced). Barbecue. In the house: sauna, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, ski boot dryer. 1 km long motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Supermarket 8 km, restaurant 3.5 km, bus stop "Mandling Bahnhof" 5 km, railway station "Mandling Bahnhof" 5 km, bathing lake "Pichl" 8 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m, gondola lift 6.3 km, skisport facilities 6300 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Reiteralm 6.3 km, Snowspace Flachau 20 km, Obertauern 27 km.

Schöner Aufenthalt
Sehr schönes neues Ferienhaus in angenehmer Alleinlage. Die Aussicht ist wirklich prima. Von der Ausstattung modern und sehr wohnlich. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Alles absolut sauber. Zufahrtstrasse ist ein Schotterweg, der stellenweise etwas zerfahren ist. Es gab einen Brötchenservice gegen Gebühr und eine Sauna zur kostenfreien Mitbenutzung. Ein großes Dankeschön für diesen schönen Aufenthalt an die Gastgeber!

Wunderschöne Zeit am Stoffengut verbracht!!! Definitiv wieder!
Wir waren als mit 6 Personen im Chalet Stoffengut, das für diese Anzahl die perfekte Größe hat. Die Schlafzimmer haben jeweils ein eigenes, nur von dort aus zugängliches Bad (inkl. großer Regendusche und jeweils einem Fön) und sind mit sehr bequemen, sauberen Betten, großem Kleiderschrank, TV und tollem Bergblick ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer ist viel Platz zum Verweilen und die Küche ist top ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht (Gewürze mitbringen!) inkl. Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Eierkocher, Filter-Kaffeemaschine etc..
Rund herum führt ein großer Balkon mit Sitzmöglichkeiten.
Im Untergeschoss Befindet sich eine Sauna, die im Sitzen gemütlich Platz für 4 Personen bietet, inkl. weiterer Dusche, Ruheliegen und verschiedenen Aufgüssen. Überall lagen genügend Handtücher bereit.
Michaela hat sich viel Zeit genommen, uns alles zu zeigen und zu erklären und war per Whatsapp erreichbar.
Das Haus liegt in kompletter Alleinlage mit viel Wald rundherum und ist über ein kurzes Stück Serpentinenstraße erreichbar, die nur bis zum Wohnhaus der Vermieter geteert ist. Im Winter sind Schneeketten daher sicherlich sinnvoll, ansonsten ist der Weg aber gut befahrbar. Es gibt einen Carport für 2 Autos direkt am Haus.
Abgesehen von dem fernen Klingen der Kuhglocken und Natur ist es wunderbar still.
